200 Club:
The Oswestry School Parents’ Association 200 Club started in September 2003 and helps to raise funds for Oswestry School as well as providing an element of a ‘Lottery’ for the parents. Half of the proceeds are retained by the Parents’ Association to provide ‘extras’ for our children that the School would otherwise be unable to fund; the remainder of the proceeds from the Club go back to the subscribers in the form of cash prizes.
Subscriptions to the 200 Club are £40 per year or £10 per quarter (an equivalent of only 77p per week).
10 prize draws are made each year, with bonus draws at Christmas and July. Recent winners are as follows:
April 2010 - Mrs SA Mitchell, £50
May 2010 - Mr JJ Yates, £50
June 2010 - Mr J Lewis, £50
Summer Bonus - Mrs H Hartey, £125
