Lower School - building on curiosity

    The Lower School follows on seamlessly from the Pre-Preparatory Department, with the first two years forming an important stage when children’s natural inquisitiveness is developed with learning which is fun, yet systematic. The routine is kept deliberately busy, with individual pupils advancing as far as possible at a pace that is right for them. All subjects are taught by experienced specialists and in restricted class sizes.
    Pupils are screened, with learning support available for those with particular difficulties. Form tutors closely monitor the progress and welfare of each child under the overall supervision of the Head of Lower School.
