Information and Communications Technology

    In September 1980, the school entered the ‘Microchip Age’ with the acquisition of a Research Machine 380Z Microcomputer.  Although the machine was initially intended to be used in the Mathematics Department, it was hoped that its use could be extended to many other departments.
