What's Your Perfect British Sandwich Recipe?

To celebrate British Food Fortnight, 23rd September - 8th October 2006, Chartwells, the school caterers, are running a sandwich competition.

During this period, all diners in the school dining hall may choose to fill in an entry form with details of the ingredients of their perfect British sandwich.

After the competition closes on 9th October, the entries will be judged by Mrs Pritchard-Williams, the school catering manager, who will choose a winning recipe which will then be added onto our school's menu.

Why don't you have a go?  And remember to make sure your ingredients are British.

Don't forget, the closing date is Monday, 9th October!
