1st XI Hockey v Shrewsbury Sixth Form

 
Oswestry travelled to Meole Brace astro pitch on Wednesday 1st November with a team consisting of 1st and 2nd team players.  Oswestry found it difficult to adapt to the different playing surface and were unable to maintain possession into the attacking half and had few opportunities at goal.  Shrewsbury Sixth form dominated the game and scored 3 goals in the first half followed by 3 in the second half.  They had many attempts saved by Oswestry's goalkeeper Brook Simons-Akwah who showed some excellent goal keeping skills.
