Student Council

Meeting, Archive Room, 8.50am

This morning, the Student Council met for the first time this academic year.

Under the chairmanship of the Head Girl, Victoria Booth, Mr Lambkin, Senior Master, introduced pupils to the procedures that the council uses to carry out its tasks and explained both his own role and the role of the chairman to council members.

Members of the council are selected to represent their own class by their fellow pupils.  Council members must bring issues to the council that have been suggested by their classmates and report back with the outcome.  Their place on the council is for one year only.
