Non-Uniform Day - Wear Something Purple!

(Moved from Friday 26th February)

£2 contribution from each pupil.

Thank you!  £600 was raised for the two charities.  £300 will go to the Rotary Club 'Thanks for Life' project for polio eradication (see Monday's assembly) and £300 to The Charlotte Hartey Foundation.

Dress with a purple theme!  Why purple?

When children are vaccinated against polio, they have a purple stamp put on one of their little fingers.  In this way the immunisation team knows who has been vaccinated.

Each Purple Pinkie brings us closer to making polio history.
