News Stories Never Die . . . Search Website Now

Did you know that the items that appear as Latest News on the home page of the school website are still available to access and view long after they are replaced by newer items?  You can find them in two ways.

In fact, you are able to browse through news and diary items by clicking the 'Diary and News Archives' icon (top right of the screen) and then by selecting a month to view from the diary table (circled on the image shown).  Where entries have more information, pictures or a report then there will be a hyperlink (underlined words) to click on to find out more.  At the moment, you can access from September 2006 to August 2009 in this way.

If you are looking for something in particular, say French Exchange news items, then you can use the new search facility on the site.  Just enter the search phrase (say french exchange) in the search box (found on the left hand column of every page on the website) and click search and the results of your search will be displayed.  The search facility is not case sensitive, so there is no need to capitalise names or other proper nouns, and the results will match exact phrases only.

In this way, even items from before September 2006, when the site went live, will be available.
