German Visitors

German Students Visit the School

We welcomed two visitors from Germany on Tuesday. Anne Guldenpfenning and Sophia Christel, from Brachstedt in Sachsen-Anhalt, spent the day in school while visiting their cousin, Oswestry School student Louise Aust.

They gave a presentation in assembly and were awarded special certificates by Mr Stockdale. A year 7 Geography class used Google Earth to locate Brachstedt and Anne was even able to point out her house to the students.
