Members of the 2007 Tapestry Workgroup met in the Archive Room today to continue with their work on the tapestry to commemorate Oswestry School's 600th Anniversary. The tapestry shows scenes from the history of the school including famous old boys Colonel Fred Burnaby and John G Parry Thomas.
The project is nearly complete with 'only' a few final tasks remaining. It is hoped that it will be finished by the end of October when the result of hours and hours of work by this dedicated group will be able to be displayed for the first time.
