U13 North Shropshire 7-a-Side Tournament (SJT) 1.30pm

1st Match v Ellesmere
We made a poor start and failed to defend allowing the Ellesmere forwards too much time and space. We lost 4 - 0.
 
2nd Match v Lakelands
We were determined throughout and worked well as a team demonstrating some good passes and effective defending. We dominated the posession and won 4 - 0.
 
3rd Match v Moreton
We again played well as a team and displayed some good passing. A lapse in concentration allowed Moreton to score the only goal of the match.
 
4th Match v SJT
The possession was fairly even and we created several good chances. Unfortunately, the shots at goal were narrowly wide.  The game ended in a 0-0 draw. 
 
Well done to all of the players who adapted well to playing on astro-turf. There were some good performances.
