U15 Rounders fixture against Moreton Hall
This U15 game was a very closely contested match with both teams batting well and fielding effectively in the first innings with Moreton just ahead at 6.5 - 6.
In the second innings, Oswestry only managed to score 2 rounders as Moreton fielded effectively to catch and stump us out early on. Moreton then batted and Oswestry demonstrated some excellent fielding with several amazing catches particulary from Laura Kendall, Caitlin Jones and Captain Lizzie Jones. Although we fielded very effectively, Moreton batted strongly and scored 3.5 rounders and the match ended Oswestry 8, Moreton 10.
