Over The Hill OO Challenge

Andy Rogers at summit of Ben Nevis
Andy Rogers OO (1986-1993) has joined the many inspirational Old Oswestrians to conquer the Three Peaks Challenge. He and his friends have raised over £600 for the Combat Stress Charity. Combat Stress is the leading charity specialising in the care of British Veterans who have been profoundly traumatised by harrowing experiences during their Service career.
The three peaks include Ben Nevis, Scotland, Scafell Pike, England and Snowdon, Wales. On 15/16th June Andy and his friends completed the challenge with 35 minutes to spare, in 23 hours 25 minutes. Andy explained the inspiration behind this challenge was how a group of friends wanted to show they still had the energy at heir mid-life crisis point!! But more importantly to support the Combat stress (charity for veterans with mental health difficulties).
Andy still welcomes donations towards the success of his Challenge, so please sponsor them at: http://www.justgiving.com/overthehill2012.
