How you can donate to the fund

There are several ways you can contribute to the Fund.

•    by regular payments through standing order (these still accumulate to achieve Sponsor, Associate, Benefactor status)

•    one-off gifts or donations
•    by legacy (writing of a new will can probably be provided free through the Fund) and remember all charitable legacies left in wills are free of inheritance tax (IHT).
•    by donating assets such as shares, securities, antiques, etc.

If you would like to donate, please download  a copy of the Giving Form, which includes a Gift Aid Declaration and a Standing Order Mandate.

If you make a donation you are asked to sign a "gift aid" form to enable the School to reclaim the tax you would have paid on your donation, because Oswestry School is a registered charity and we are able to reclaim tax paid by individuals who make donations. Please consider making your donation through "gift aid" since this will bring the School 20% more in income at no additional cost to you. If you pay tax above the standard rate of tax you can claim higher rate relief from the Inland Revenue.

In future you will be able to read about the status of the Fund, via this website.
