Old Oswestrian Co-ordinator

Rachel Bowd OO (1992-2002) has re-joined Oswestry School in a new role. She is hoping to involve more OOs with their School.

Rachel will be ‘friendraising’ by organising Year group reunions and sports fixtures amongst other activities. As Old Oswestrian Co-ordinator, she intends to build on the current database of OO’s, to keep them informed of the current happenings at the School.

Many OO’s will know Rachel through her time at School. She is the daughter of Peter ’PS’ Jones’, who taught at Oswestry School for over thirty years, many of those years being in old Holbache on Welsh Walls as Housemaster. Having grown up at the School, Rachel knows many of the OO community.

Rachel is married to another OO, Phil Bowd, who is the current Bursar. She is very much looking forward to her new role and hopes that many of you will get in touch with her.
