London Art and Design Trip
The Art and Design Department recently travelled to London for a two day excursion filled with visits to Art Galleries and Museums.
There was plenty for all tastes; from Grand Masters in the National Gallery to quirky Art installations in the Saatchi, history and unusual artefacts in the V&A and finally on to noted product designs of the past and future in the Design Museum.
Unbelievably, we also managed to treat ourselves to a West End show in the musical form of ‘Wicked’ (which proved more popular with some than others!)
The pupils were a pleasure to be with as usual and have returned enthused and inspired.
