Eleanor Regnart-Butler (Year 7) has added to her success by taking gold in the British Youth Qualifiers held in Cardiff. She will now be going through to represent Wales at the British Youth Championships being held at the Institute of Sport in Sheffield in May.

After her recent win in the Welsh Youth Foil, the British Youth Championship Qualifiers was to be more of a challenge. However Eleanor dropped just one match!

Darren Hollingsworth (Director of Sport added, "We are delighted that the talent of one of our pupils is recognised at such a high level outside the school.”

Since this success Eleanor has taken part in the North-West Junior Series Fencing tournament. She played in the under 14's foil and came second.
