Welcome from the Headmaster
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Oswestry School website which will, I trust, give a flavour of the values which have been encouraged here for centuries.
Our primary aim is to provide a truly all-round education, where pupils can develop their knowledge, confidence and respect for others in a warm, pastoral environment. I strongly believe that exam results, while of course important, are secondary to boys and girls leaving Oswestry as happy, caring and grounded individuals. The School’s team of staff and I relish the opportunity of maintaining the virtues and standards traditionally championed at our historic school.
I thoroughly recommend a visit to this wonderful school of which I am so proud to be Headmaster. You would be guaranteed the warmest of welcomes.
